Todd is currently a Police Officer on the Los Angeles Police Department where he is assigned to S.W.A.T. in the Metropolitan Division.  Todd's experience on the L.A.P.D. include S.W.A.T., L.A.P.D. Metropolitan Division, L.A.P.D. Academy Drill/Tactics Instructor, Fullerton College Police Academy Instructor and various division assignments as a patrol officer.  Todd has specialized training from the California Specialized Training Institute, the Criminal Justice Course, officer safety and field tactics.  His prior teaching experience includes L.A.P.D. S.W.A.T. Shooting Cadre instructor, Fullerton College Police Academy instructor, patrol procedures, searches and rapid deployment.  Todd has an Associates of Arts Degree in Administration of Justice from the Los Angeles City College.
